The Blogging Continues.....

Where to begin.... The last few weeks have been crazy.... It started out by getting rear-ended in a drive through, with little man in the car..... then the person claiming that I backed into her! I guess I didn't realize that we are now suppose to back through to get our orders! So then after that Tristen developed some blood in his stools, went to the DR and I was put on a diet to not eat any milk or soy protein. They thought he had an allergy to something, well with a rash, the blood and many Dr's appointments later, I received a phone call last week that I needed to pack a bag and go to the hospital, they found a toxin in his stool called Shigella. So once I finished off the box of Kleenex I get to the hospital and he then has to have a spinal tap, a catheter and a blood draw..... so we stayed the night and are now at home.

Where we are at right now is that all his tests and blood work look good. We have to watch him and once the bleeding stops (its still there) if we don't notice anything past 4 days then we are in the clear. Something else can develop from this and that is why we have to keep a close eye on him. He actually seems pretty happy and feeling good, so I'm hoping its going to be over soon. We go to the DR again tomorrow and might have to do more blood work... we will see. So there is my update. Crazy and emotional to say the least.
